Delivery terms and costs
Poland: you can choose one of the following delivery methods:
- DPD courier company – choosing delivery by courier brings the certainty that your order will arrive on time.
- InPost parcel lockers – collection of a parcel at the indicated parcel locker.
- Pickup in person – we invite you to collect your knobs from one of the workshops at the following address: Rydygiera 8, building no. 19, 00-793 Warsaw. The collection hours are set individually with the client – for this purpose, please contact us by e-mail or telephone in advance.
Delivery outside Poland
All EU countries and some other countries have configured prices for courier shipments in our store. If you don’t find your country, please contact us at: info@dotmanufacture.com. You will then receive information about the exact shipping cost.
Please note that all customs duties or taxes are on behalf of the recipient.
Order fulfillment and delivery
We start processing orders immediately after receiving the payment to our account, or confirmation of the transfer.
The maximum processing time for your order is 14 days + delivery time.
The 14 days period results from the manufacturing process of our products, which we produce manually in our workshops. Most often, however, we manage to send orders within 7 days.
If the order fulfillment time should be longer we will inform you immediately.
Delivery time in Poland – the DPD courier company delivers the orders usually within 1-2 business days from dispatch. Orders delivered via InPost are delivered to the selected parcel locker within 2 working days from sending.
Worldwide delivery – we are using the Standard shipments. If you prefer express shipping, please contact us at: info@dotmanufacture.com. In response, you will receive information about the exact cost and delivery time.
