Returns

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the products when withdrawing from the sale and purchase agreement. For details of the return procedure see Terms of use.

The returns should be made to the WAW07A or WAW125A InPost parcel locker.

Complaints

We will consider the complaint within 14 working days of return of the products and (if it is justified) we will decide to replace the goods, remove the defect or refund the money. We will inform you about this decision by e-mail. We ship the replaced goods at our expense.

Non-compliance with the order

In the event of non-compliance of the delivered products with the order, please send the products back to the store with a description of the non-compliance – at the store’s expense.
