STAMP brass furniture handle

Description

Elegant, wood and brass furniture knobs. They will fit perfectly into loft or industrial arrangements, but can also be a decoration for more classic interiors.

Trying to find the perfect balance between shaping wood and working metal, we created our stylish STAMP handles. First, we fashioned the handles out of natural oakwood to form a base, and then added a layer of brass. The metal ornament comes embossed and pre-oxidized to best compliment the wood underneath. The brass front will oxidize further in time, only deepening its lowkey elegance.

STAMP brass furniture knobs are available in 4 sizes and 2 oils to choose from.

The collection of STAMP furniture knobs also includes copper knobs.

Our products are handmade, with great care for the quality of construction and finishing. It may happen that individual handles, knobs and hangers will have dimensions slightly different than those given above (differences below 1 mm). We love natural materials and the work of hands, their unpredictability and unique character, but we always make sure that the handles you order form a coherent whole – both in terms of dimensions and aesthetics.

Which oil to choose?

Soft, colorless oil (semi-matte) – ecological oil made of components of plant origin in combination with beeswax. It protects against moisture, while allowing to obtain a matte surface of the wood, emphasizing the grain pattern. Polish product. It has a PZH certificate for use in rooms intended for permanent residence of people and for the food industry.

Colorless hard oil (semi-matte) – a natural hard wax oil. It does not contain solvents. A wooden surface impregnated with this oil is even more resistant to water and abrasions and stays bright for longer (less yellowing) compared to the soft, colorless, semi-matte oil.

Cleaning and care

Wood impregnated with natural soft oil should be refreshed by wiping it with a soft cloth gently soaked in oil (it can be refined cooking oil) – it will revive the color and renew the impregnating layer. The frequency of this care depends on the extent to which the wood is used on a daily basis. Only dry wood can be coated with oil. Refreshing of handles is required less frequently in rooms with dry air, slightly more often where the contact with water is more frequent.

Dirty oiled wood can be cleaned with a well pressed soft cloth soaked in a mild solution of gray soap, in the direction of the wood grain. Do not use synthetic detergents and other strong cleaning agents.
Oiled wood must not come into contact with alcohol – it could discolor permanently.

If the coating requires renovation, the sanded, dust-free handle should be re-oiled with two layers of oil.
