Processing and delivery time

We begin processing orders immediately after receiving payment or transfer confirmation.

The maximum processing time for your orders is 14 days + delivery time.

14 days – this deadline is due to the production process of the products you order, which are handcrafted in our workshops. However, we are usually able to ship your order within 7 days.
If the processing time is to be extended and exceed 14 days, we will inform you immediately.

Delivery times in Poland – the courier company typically delivers orders within 1-2 business days of dispatch. Parcels shipped via InPost arrive at the selected parcel locker within 2 business days of dispatch.

Payment methods

• Bank Transfer – Payment should be made to the bank account number provided, which we will provide in the order confirmation email. Once the payment has been credited to our account, we will begin processing your order.
• 
  The Przelewy24 online payment system allows transactions via bank transfer or credit card. We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt.


• Card payment – ​​for orders placed at our studio in Warsaw.

Delivery costs in Poland

• 0 PLN - for orders over 500 PLN,


• PLN 15 - for other orders.

For deliveries in Poland, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:
Courier company - choosing courier delivery means convenience and confidence that your order will arrive on time.
InPost parcel lockers – collection of the parcel at the indicated parcel locker.
Personal collection – please contact us at: Rydygiera 8, 01-793 Warsaw . We arrange collection times individually with you – please contact us in advance by email or phone.

Delivery outside Poland

International delivery times – We use Standard service for international shipments. If you require express shipping, please contact us at info@dotmanufacture.com . We will respond with the exact cost and delivery time.

All EU countries and some other countries have courier shipping prices configured in our store. If your country isn't listed, please contact us at info@dotmanufacture.com . We'll respond with the exact shipping cost.
