§1
General provisions
1. The online store [hereinafter referred to as the "Store"] conducts retail sales via the Internet, pursuant to these Regulations [hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"].

3. The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer.
4. The condition for concluding a sales contract is the acceptance of the Regulations by the Customer.
5. The prices listed in the Store are gross prices.
6. Goods available in the Store are free from physical and legal defects.
§2
Orders
1. Orders can be placed as follows:
- via the form available on the Store's website,
- by email to the address available on the Store's website,
- by phone to the numbers intended for placing orders, available on the Store's website in the Contact tab.
2. The Customer is required to provide data that allows for verification of the Customer and the recipient of the goods. The Store confirms acceptance of the order by email or telephone. The Store reserves the right to refuse an order, limit payment methods, or require prepayment if the order raises reasonable doubts as to the accuracy and reliability of the data provided or the payment method.
3. The parties are bound by the information contained on the Store's website regarding the purchased goods at the time of placing the order, in particular: price, characteristics of the goods, its features, elements included in the set, date and method of delivery.
4. The information on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the Customer is making an offer to purchase specific goods. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer confirms the Order by clicking the confirmation link in the email sent to the Customer by the Store.
§3
Payments
1. The customer can choose the payment methods specified in the Payment methods tab.
2. Shipping prices are estimated in the delivery price list.
3. The condition for the release of goods is payment for the goods and shipment.
§4
Shipping of goods
1. The Store sends the ordered goods via shipping companies (e.g. Poczta Polska or a courier company) or makes them available for collection by the customer at the company's headquarters.
2. In the case of payment by payment card, the order processing time is counted from the moment of positive transaction authorization.
3. In the case of payment other than cash on delivery, the shipping time is extended by the period between placing the order and the date the payment is credited to the Store's bank account.
§5
Complaints
1. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer should return the complained goods to the Store, at the Store's expense, together with a description of the non-compliance.
2. The Store will respond to the Customer's complaint within 14 working days from the date of return of the goods together with a description of the non-conformity.
3. When the settlement of a justified complaint involves sending a new product to the Customer or removing the non-conformity, the delivery costs are borne by the Store.
4. Individual settings of the Customer's computer and monitor causing incorrect or distorted display of information about the goods (e.g. colors) cannot be the basis for a complaint.
§6
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights:
1. The right to withdraw from the contract is effective if the Customer submits a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Store within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. The Customer returns the goods to the Store within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
3. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods in connection with withdrawal from the contract.
4. Returns should be sent to parcel locker WAW07A or WAW125A.
5. Within 3 business days of receiving the shipment, the Store will inspect the condition of the delivered product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in pristine condition and show no signs of use.
6. Within 7 days of inspecting the goods, the Store will refund the Customer the amount paid. The Customer should provide the bank account number to which the refund should be transferred. In the case of payment by credit card, the refund will be made to the card.
7. The Customer does not have the right to withdraw in the cases specified in the Act referred to above.
§7
Privacy Policy
1. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of his or her personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
2. The Customer may also express separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Store, including a commercial newsletter.
3. The Customer has the right to access and correct his or her personal data, to request the cessation of their processing and to object to their processing.
§8
Intellectual property
It is prohibited to use any materials published on the Store's website (including photos and descriptions of goods) without the Store's written consent.
§9
Entry into force and amendments to the Regulations
1. The Regulations come into force on the date of publication on the Store's website.
2. These Regulations may be changed.
3. Changes to the Regulations will be published on the Store's website.
4. Information about changes to the Regulations will be sent to the Customer to the email address indicated in the order.
5. Amendments to the Regulations come into effect 14 days after their publication in the manner specified in paragraph 3.
6. The Store considers that the Customer has accepted the changes to the regulations if he or she has not terminated the contract by the end of the period specified in paragraph 5.
