Light and shadow in the service of geometry: MANILA knobs

When creating the MANILA knob we wanted to go beyond the traditional round form of furniture knobs. We wanted to use the clearness of a geometrical cut, the play of light and shadow on inclined surfaces, and at the same time feature the beauty of natural oak wood.
Each of the handles is made with one piece of wood, and each one is cut and polished by hand.

Simple form embellished by marquetry: DOT INLAY

The conical shape of this handle, together with a small and subtle leg, form an eye-catching but very comfortable furniture knob. The circular shape of its front is echoed in the smoked oak inlay, which gives this seemingly simple handle a refined character.

Light and dark sides of wood: JUST TWO knobs and handles

The graphic character of these handles and their minimalistic form is inspired by traditional japanese design. In our JUST ONE series we wanted to display the design and the wonderful oak wood, while JUST TWO handles are made from dark, smoked oak and ash, and offer a different aesthetic quality. They are available in two colors (with the prevalence of dark or light wood), and in 4 shapes (handle, square knob, oblong knob and triangular knob).
