Returns
The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods in connection with withdrawal from the contract.
Returns should be sent to a parcel locker WAW07A or WAW125A .

Complaints
We will review your complaint within 14 business days and (if it is valid) decide whether to replace the product, repair the defect, or issue a refund. We will notify you of this decision by email. We will ship the replacement product at our expense.

The product does not match the order
If you find that the delivered goods are inconsistent with the order, please return the goods in question to the store along with a description of the discrepancy – at the store’s expense.
