Modern hall hanger COPPER 5.5 cm - brushed copper

COPPER hangers are adorned with brushed copper on the front, and the base is oak wood. The copper front is carefully prepared, brushed, and protected with oil. This allows it to retain its color longer, but it may darken and become irregular over time. The copper color will vary depending on factors such as room humidity and frequency of use.

Due to the oxidation properties of copper, these hangers will also complement interiors decorated in the wabi-sabi style. Copper interior accessories appeal to both those who appreciate modern and elegant décor and those fascinated by cozy interiors or the Japandi style.

The COPPER 5.5 cm hall hanger can be combined with the COPPER 3 cm hanger and furniture handles and knobs from the COPPER series.

Both copper and wood (even when treated with oil) naturally oxidize and darken slightly over time. The color of copper will vary depending on factors such as room humidity and how often the item is used.

Construction and finish. It may happen that individual handles, knobs, and hangers have dimensions slightly different from those listed above (differences of less than 1 mm). We love natural materials and handicraft, their unpredictability and unique character, but we always ensure that the handles you order form a cohesive whole.

Wood impregnated with hard oil can be cleaned with a soft cloth soaked in a mild soap solution (wrung out well), working in the direction of the wood grain. Synthetic detergents and other harsh cleaning agents should not be used. Oiled wood should also be kept away from alcohol, as this could permanently discolor it. If the finish requires renovation, the sanded, dust-free handle should be re-oiled with two coats of oil.

The copper front of the handle, which patinas over time, can also be wiped, but this will not restore its bright pink color.

Hard colorless oil (semi-matt)– This is a natural oil with a hard wax base. It contains no solvents. Wood impregnated with this oil is water and abrasion resistant and stays bright longer (yellowing less).
